here are a few pics from last weekend.adam, aj, and i were able to meet my grandma and uncle for dinner on sunday. i never see them, but i love them so much. grandma suffers from severe dementia (she should be diagnosed with alzheimers.). my mom and uncle make the best of it and just laugh at all her stories. (most of the time they are laughing, not all.) 
tidbit: grandma likes to hide and pack things. she will pack an entire car from top to bottom, front and back seat, if you leave the doors unlocked to the car. and she will also try to kill an aunt with a fire extinguisher. and you never know what you will find in the dishwasher.

...and love the stories about your grandma. they are so similar to sweetie. as sweetie has gotten more and more demented, Mom has always said, "if we don't laugh, we would cry." so true--
miss you! we are still on for next wednesday. right? can't wait!! bring your swimming gear!
