A New Morning

Well, last night went about as well as it could. We had the sweet nurse who checked on us regularly and made us feel comfortable. Erin didn't sleep much as Sazy was right next to her making little baby noises (she did sleep well and ate well) that Erin could not sleep through. I did fine as the little couch thing was long enough and the temp cooled off as the night went on. We have been up since about 7 AM with VERY regular visits from the staff checking everything for the little girl and the Hot Mamma to paperwork to breakfast stuff to refilling the hand cleanser. We have a student nurse today, so that might have increased the frequency of visits....but she is sweet too so all is well. I guarantee we have not had 20 minutes alone since we've gotten up....but you know, that's kind of a good thing. We do appreciate the fact that they are making such a direct effort to make sure things are good. Family is coming at some point this AM....Erin Emirich is bringing us lunch. AJ should be up here before too long....but Big Momma (Ghee) said he did not get to sleep last night until about 10:30 with all the excitement and stuff and had not even woken up by 9:20 when we talked. Dr. Daus came by and spent some time with us this morning too before he started his duties across the street. He said as long as things keep going smoothly that we could go home tonight. I guess we'll find out at some point this afternoon. Sazy has not pooped well....only a little dime sized thing about 6 this morning and just a drop around 9. So if you feel Ok with praying for pooping....we'd like to see some more progress there. Getting the hearing screen done as I type....hopefully things look good there too. Enjoy the pretty pics.
